I had reliable electric come to my house to repair a tri-state generator installed 2 years ago.

The Weakley County electric company told us last summer our installed generator has many code violations.

When the reliable electric employees came to our home the code violations with the installation, wrong spliced wiring in the main lines, improper gage wiring and not wired through house panel box and much more.

The workers fixed everything the way the installation should have been done. The workers explained every questions I had , They were very Professional and very knowledgeable with regards the entire installation.

I have been worried about this generation installation 8 months after installation, I can finally sleep at night with no worries.

In closing the TRI-State generators are excellent generators, it just so happened the people they had install our generators did a very poor job. So if you see anyone splicing the power line call your electric company and have stop work until the come and inspect the work.

JD and the Guys came out on a Saturday and fixed my Boat's Galvanic Isolation system which was tripping out the Shore Power. They knew what they were doing and suffered through the abundance of space Boats are known to have..(Joke) - Their price even on Afterhours was way better than I expected! Hats Off - Mad Respect!

A different company was working on my problem of blinking lights, erratic appliances, etc.. Their initial fix, did not. I was told I needed a $1350.00 fix. Because of their repeated tardiness, failure to show me their license, etc. I became very suspicious and fearful I had been scammed. I was given the no. to Reliable Electric, called them, explained my urgency to have repairs and an electrician was dispatched in a very timely manner, late on Saturday afternoon. Jake, came in, showed us his credentials and that of his companies,did some assessment, SHOWED me the problem, and repaired my service. I did get to meet the owner and another electrician as they came to verify what had been happening and give me info on professional electrical companies vs. scam artist. For a service fee only, my lights are fine, my appliances are running smoothly. I and my husband are very grateful tp Reliable Electric LLC and would recommend them to anyone.
